How long does the membership last?

As long as Oquist Cosmetics lasts, hopefully for ever!

Why isn't my code working?

1. You have used another email at checkout, make sure to use the same email as when you purchased your first Serum or Elixir. It is connected to your membership

2. You purchased your Serum or Elixir before 2024 - in this case - send us an email and we will help you from there

Does the code stack with other promotions?

This will depend on promotion type, but the logic is that the best prices always apply in the cart.
